Instructions: Coat a 9- by 5-inch glass loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large saucepan, combine the gelatin and milk until the gelatin is dissolved. Slowly stir in the pudding mix; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the butterscotch chips and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Pour into the loaf pan, cover, and chill for 3 to 4 hours, or until firm. Using a knife, loosen the "bar" from the sides of the dish and invert onto a serving platter. Cut and serve. This recipe yields 10 servings. Comments: Make sure to use cook-and-serve pudding mix, not instant. You might even want to use a squeeze container of chocolate syrup to write "14 Karat" or a personalized message on the top of the "bar." Email this Recipe:
