Ingredients:

2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Cereal Flakes
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbl Baking Powder
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 x Egg Whites
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a large bowl combine the oats, cereal flakes, flour and baking powder. Stir in carrots, raisins and cinnamon.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the water and dry milk.

3. Whisk in the maple syrup, egg whites and oil. Pour over the dry
ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix. let stand for 10 minutes.

4. Coat a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with no-stick spray.

Pour in the
batter and level the top with a spatula.

5. Bake in a 350 F oven until firm to the touch, 25-35 minutes.

6. Turn off heat but leave the pan in the oven, with the door
ajar, for 2 hours.

7. Cut into bars.
