1 C buttermilk 1 1/2 Tbs butter 1 1/2 egg 1/3 C cheddar cheese, grated 3 Tbs blue cheese, crumbled 1/3 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper, +, coarse 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds 3/4 C wheat/oat flakes 2 1/4 C bread flour 1 1/2 tsp yeast flour equivalents: 2 cups, 3 cups, 4 cups cycle: white, sweet; not timer (buttermilk, eggs) setting: light to medium by Donna Rathmell German.
