2 cup	Hot cooked rice
10 x	Hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 x	Eggs
1/2 cup	Mayonnaise
1/2 cup	Chopped onion
1/3 cup	Chopped green pepper
1 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Thoroughly combine all ingredients except garnish. Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole; bake in preheated oven 350 for 30 minutes.
