1 x 9" graham cracker pie shell
1 pkt cream cheese (8oz) softened
1 can eagle brand milk (14oz)
1/3 cup realemon juice
1 tsp vanilla flavor or extract

1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarh
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup realemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Top with Golden Lemon Topping. Chill 3 hrs. Garnish as desired.

Refrigerate leftovers.

FOR GOLDEN LEMON TOPPING: In sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch. Add lemon juice, water and egg yolk; mix well. Over med.

heat, cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in margarine or butter until melted.
