Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg and salt. Mix lightly. Shape into 18 meatballs, brown in small amount of oil. Drain. Add water, rice, carrots, green peper and onion. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add cheese. Heat until cheese melts. 4-6 servings. Email this Recipe:
