Instructions: Generously coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray, heat until hot. Cook chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir until mushrooms are golden. Stir in soup, milk, mustard and 1/2 can French Fried Onions. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5-8 minutes or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, place remaining onions in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until golden. Sprinkle over chicken.
