Instructions: Add mustard, Tabasco sauce, and butter buds to mashed potatoes and beat.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Shape into 8 to 12 potato balls About 15 minutes before serving, brush potato balls with evaporated skim milk & roll in crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes on a nonstick baking sheet. [Now Ill probably add more tabasco & if I cant find evaporated skim milk, I"ll make non-fat dry with another beaten egg white. Also, Ill probably use corn meal & extra fine bread crumbs instead ofcorn flakes (yecch!) Gayle] Email this Recipe:
