Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag. Cut potatoes lengthwise into fourths; add to bag, and shake gently to coat. Set aside.
Place butter in a 15- x 10- x 1 inch jellyroll pan; place pan in a 425 degree F. oven until butter melts. Add potato to pan, and return to oven. Baker 30 minutes, turning once. Yield: 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
