Amount Ingredient
4 lb beef roast - (to 5 lbs)
4 x potatoes
2 x onions
5 x carrots
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
----------------- MARINADE ----------------
1/2 cup water
5 oz soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbl lemon juice
4 oz bourbon
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate roast in refrigerator the night before.

The next morning, pare and cut vegetables into chunks. Place vegetables in crock pot. Put roast on top and add 1/2 cup marinade. Set crock pot on LOW and cook 10 to 12 hours.

Now go enjoy your day at the golf course.
