Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Oriental noodles*
3 tbl Tamari or soy sauce preferably tamari
1 tbl Vinegar
2 tsp Chili paste with garlic
2 tbl Tahini
1 tbl Toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup Chicken broth**
2 tbl Oil (peanut or canola)
1/2 lb Fresh mung bean sprouts
Instructions:
Instructions: *Any thin, flat noodle can be substituted for Oriental noodles.

**Good Neighbor uses vegetarian chicken-flavored broth powder.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and cool.

Combine tamari, vinegar, chili paste, tahini, sesame oil and broth; set aside.

Heat about 2 tb. oil in wok. Add noodles; toss until warm and browning.

Add bean sprouts and spinach; mix. Add sauce mixture; toss. Serve while hot.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

Havent tried yet.
