2 tbl honey
4 tsp canola or cooking oil
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup bread flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
4 tsp gluten flour
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tbl poppy seeds
2 tsp flax seeds
3/4 tsp anise seed
3/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Add all ingredients to breadmachine, with a capacity of at least 10 cups, according to mfgs. directions. Select basic or whole wheat cycle, med crust.
