Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, mix the ingredients, in order, one at a time. Stir well after each addition.

Pour batter into a 9 x 9 inch cake pan thats been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray & dusted with flour.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Frost with "Lemon ButterCream Frosting".

You can also make cupcakes by pouring batter in prepared muffin tins & baking for 15 minutes.
