Instructions: Put the cape gooseberries in a bowl.
Divide the crealn between two small microwaveproof bowls. Add the dark chocolate and brandy to one bowl the white chocolate and liqueur to the other. Microwave uncovered (both bowls at once) at medium high (not full) power for 2 to 3 minutes until just beginning to melt. Give them a quick stir then continue to microwave until completely melted and hot. To serve place the cape gooseberries and both bowls of chocolate fondue on the table. Take a cape gooseberry peel back the papery casing and dip the fruit into one or both bowls. If you cannot find cape gooseberries use chunks of banana or fresh pineapple instead.
