1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
2 tbl Margarine
2 tbl All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Crumbled bleu cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook onion in hot margarine or butter until tender but not brown. Stir in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in the 1/4 cup cheese and wine.
