1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
6 oz aged gorgonzola cheese
crumbled
1 tsp fresh thyme or
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3 x generous grates nutmeg or
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
salt
white pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir together cream, cheese, thyme, and nutmeg in a large skillet. Cook gently over medium heat until mixture reduces by one-fourth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta to coat well. Serve with extra nutmeg, if desired.
