50 gm	butter
2 tbl	finely chopped marjoram.
	Oregano or basil leaves
250 gm	mascarpone cheese
150 gm	Gorgonzola cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Gently melt the butter in a saucepan do not let it brown and add the herbs.

Add the mascarpone and Gorgonzola and warm through very gently until melted.

Season with salt and pepper.

Note:
400g Torta di Dolcelatte or Torta di Gorgonzola can be substituted for the mascarpone and Gorgonzola.
