Amount Ingredient
2 can clams
1 cup diced deeled potatoes
2 tbl butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cup milk
1/2 cup sherry
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain clams. Cook onion in butter. Add potatoes and clam juice and cook until tender. Add clams and milk. Heat and season. Do not boil.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
