Instructions: In medium bowl, place ground beef, sour cream, thyme, onion, salt, and pepper. Toss the ingredients together with a fork until well mixed, without mashing meat, and shape into a 1" patty.
Grill to desired doneness and serve on toasted, buttered english muffin. I wouldnt want my burgers like this every time, but they were tasty. And the mushrooms on the side were great (they probably would have been good on the burger too). Email this Recipe:
