Instructions: Mash chopped eggs with mayo. Mix sour cream with softened cream cheese.

Place egg mixture on bottom of greassed 8 inch springform pan.add chopped onion over this.Spread sour cream mixture over onion. chill at least 4 hours prior to serving. Before serving spread on cavier but no sooner as color may bleed into pie. Most delicous.

Note: lumpfish cavier is much
cheaper than the more expensive kinds but just as appetizing. Fabulous appetizer!
