.-100% natural no artificial colouring or preservatives /Bottle bigger than 5 Oz - colour orange /apricot Texture chunky due to lots of seeds in bottle Taste vinegar- is sort of lost in this sauce ginger hits first then heat - now is the bit you are all waiting for HEAT!!!!!!-8+ As soon as i get down to the big smoke again i will buy another couple of bottles to send by snail mail to Jose Cisneros and Lorraine Heidecker for services rendered to a chile head in the deeper south
