Instructions: Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over simmering water, or in microwave, and spread in thin layer over bottom and up sides of pie shell. Set aside to harden completely. Crush 2 cups strawberries in saucepan. Combine sugar and cornstarch and stir into saucepan. Add lemon juice and cook over med. heat, stirring, until mixture is clear and thick. Depending on juiciness of berries, more cornstarch may be needed. If mixture has come to a boil and still is not thick, stir a little of hot mixture into another T. or so of cornstarch, then stir that back into pan. Return to boil. Set aside and cool completely. Cut remaining 2 cups berries in half, then fold into cooled mixture. Pour strawberry mixture into chocolate-coated pie shell and refrigerate.
