3 lb	Boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 cup	Vegetable oil
1/2 cup	Lemonade
10 x	Peppercorns, crushed
2 x	Cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp	Ginger
2 tsp	Curry powder
2 tsp	Dry mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate at least 24 hours (preferably 48), turning occasionally. Skewer and grill chicken, basting with marinade. (Swordfish can be substituted for chicken).
