Instructions: Chop onion in food processor. Slice celery and carrots in processor. Saute onion and celery in oil until translucent. Add carrots and tomatoes. In a large pot, combine sauteed vegetables with 3 quarts of water. Add salt, pepper, and dill. Add tube of soup mix. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Add frozen vegetables 15 minutes before finishing.
