Instructions: Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar and beat well. Beat in bourbon. Beat in milk. (Can be refrigerated until ready to serve, at this point.)

To serve, gradually beat into the egg mixture the ice cream. Fill glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
