Instructions: Disolve yeast, sugar in water. add eggs, butter, milk, lemon extract and 2 cups flour, let rise 1 hour. add rest of flour, knead, roll out 1/2 inch thick. cut with biscuit cutter, let rise 1 hour in greased pan. make a dent in each with back of spoon. add filling. bake 12 min. in 375 degrees oven and let cool. frost around filling not on it. presonal note: kathy likes
