Instructions: Melt chocolate in oil (microwave), and add the rest in the order shown making sure that the eggs dont cook in the warmed oil/chocolate. Before adding the flour, mix the salt and baking powder into the flour - then mix the flour mixture into the batter. Pour the completed mixture into a greased and floured 9" x 13" cake pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes.
