Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the coleslaw mix; mix until smooth and creamy. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until well coated. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving
*NOTE: Can use 1 package (16 ounces) cabbage coleslaw mix.
