(Serves six to eight) Combine corn, eggs, cornmeal, garlic and oil. Place 1/2 of mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and chilies over entire surface. Cover with remaining corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Email this Recipe:
