2 cup Cream-style corn
2 x Eggs
1/4 cup Cornmeal
2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup Canola oil
2 cup Grated cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Besser said the corn bake can be scooped straight from the pan to the dinner plate, or it can be put cut into squares. She said the leftovers make for a good breakfast the following morning.

(Serves six to eight)

Combine corn, eggs, cornmeal, garlic and oil. Place 1/2 of mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and chilies over entire surface.

Cover with remaining corn mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
