Instructions: Preheat oven to 375
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Using electric mixer, cream butter in large bowl until light. Add both sugars and beat until fluffy. Beat in yogurt, egg, vanilla, and cream of tartar. Stir in flour. Mix in granola, chocolate, and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheets, spacing 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Transfer cookies to rack and cool. (Cookies can be prepared 1 day ahead. Store in airtight container.) Email this Recipe:
