Instructions: Mix sugar and egg yolks. Mesaure out 3 cups milk and use some of it to disolve cornstarch, then add to milk and butter, mix well.

Beat egg whites and add to milk mixture.

Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
