Instructions: Mix dry ingredients. Then add oil, honey, sugar and water and mix well. I like to use my hands; it mixes easier that way. The mixture should be nice and crumbly; more water can be added to make bigger chunks. Put in 2 large flat pans and bake in a slow 250 to 300 degree oven turning every 20 minutes for about 1 1/2 hours or until crisp and golden brown.
Cool and store in airtight container. It will last several mornings breakfast cereal. It is also good with raisins, bananas, or other fruit with milk. I just omit the ingredients that I dont have on hand and substitute more of something else, so it is very versatile. It is great as a snack, just eat it dry. Email this Recipe:
