Instructions: Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder, and sift again.
Cream butter thoroughly, add sugar gradually, and cream together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, then flour, alternately with orange juice and rind, a small amount at a time. Beat after each addition until smooth. Fold in Grape-Nuts. Bake in hot, greased muffin pans in hot oven (425 degrees) 25 minutes. Makes 25 muffins. Email this Recipe:
