Instructions: In a 1-quart stemmed compote or medium-size straight-sided glass bowl, place green grapes. Top with 1/3 cup sour cream and spread a to a thin layer to cover the grapes. Sprinkle the sour cream with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Cover the sugar-cream layer with red grapes; spread with 1/3 cup sour cream and spin with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Top with black grapes. Spoon dollops of the remaining sour cream in the center of the black grapes. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and chopped pistachios. Refrigerate until serving. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
