Recipe for Grape Tomatoes with Capers

3 tbl	drained small capers
3 tbl	balsamic vinegar
2 tbl	olive oil
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper
2 pt	grape tomatoes
6 lrg	fresh basil leaves shredded
3 tbl	shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Stir together first 5 ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Serve over lettuce, if desired.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
