Instructions: This recipe is for 1 gallon. I made 5 gallons. I double checked all my calculations and everything is right. Starting specific gravity was 1.090. I didnt filter the wine, just racked to clear. Finished specific gravity is 0.990 and Ive sweetened some of the wine to 1.006. The wine still has no flavor, just sweetened alcohol.
