Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the grapefruit, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and sugar; mix well.
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice and olive oil; mix well and pour over the grapefruit mixture. Toss well, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups. Comments: Instant sunshine! The crisp citrus and sharp heat from jalepeno peppers give this salsa a bright, fresh flavor.
