Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees before combining the following:- 2 x egg whites
0.75 cup sugar 0.5 tsp cream of tartar 1 dsh salt Beat until stiff. Fold in:- 1 tsp creme de menthe 6 oz chocolate chips green food coloring Drop by teaspoonfuls on foil covered cookie sheets. Turn the oven off. Leave cookies in oven overnight. Store in tins between wax paper. May be frozen. Email this Recipe:
