1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White pepper
1 pch Grated nutmeg
1 cup Scalded milk
1 cup Light cream
1 x Egg beaten
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel potatoes and cut into slices approximately 1/4-inch thick. In a bowl, combine potatoes, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, cream, egg, and grated cheese. Turn mixture into a buttered baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender and top is browned. Serve hot.
