Instructions: Heat to soft ball. Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat until it starts to stiffen. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet or into baking dish.

Cut into squares when cooled. You can add peanut butter and/or marshmallows before you pour it onto the cookie sheet.
