Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
5 oz	Warm water, (3 1/2 oz)
2 tbl	Butter, (1T)
2 x	Eggs, (1)
1/2 cup	Buttermilk, non-fat, (2 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup	Dry milk, (2T)
4 tbl	Mashed potato flakes, (2 1/2T)
1 tsp	Salt, (1/2t)
3/4 cup	Bread flour, (2C)
2 tbl	Sugar, (4t)

Instructions:

Instructions: Load ingredients in bread basket according to your machines instructions.

Note: I did use 2 teaspoons of yeast in the 1 1/5# loaf in my Hitachi machine. The recipes calls for 2 t only in the Panasonic/National machines.
