Instructions: Cut the chicken into smaller sized pieces and brown (using your preferred method). Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well, make sure to get all the cinnamon evenly distributed. Let simmer for 10 minutes or so. Serve over your favorite pasta (we like penne or rotini).
