1 lb	feta cheese
1 stk	butter, for cheese mixture
1 stk	butter, melted
1 stk	butter, melted
	Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix feta cheese and butter until crumbly. Add eggs. Pepper to taste. Melt butter; grease pan (cookie sheet). Use 2 to 3 inch wide strip of Phyllo and place small portion of cheese mixture in center of triangle and fold entire length in triangle shape. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
