Instructions: To make the wrap sauce, combine the black olives, olive juice, lemon juice and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce in a blender. Puree. Add yogurt and mix well. Hold refrigerated.
Combine the tomatoes and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Hold refrigerated. For each serving, spread 3/4 of one flour tortilla with 2 tablespoons of the wrap sauce. Top with 1 1/2 ounces lettuce, 1 1/2 ounces marinated tomatoes and 3 ounces of the grilled beef. Top with 1/2 ounce of the feta cheese. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla. This recipe yields 12 servings. Email this Recipe:
