Ingredients:

3 lb	Ground beef
3 tbl	Cooking oil
3 x	Chopped onions
2 x	Cloves chopped garlic
2 tbl	Chili powder
2 tbl	Cumin powder
2 tbl	Paprika
1 tbl	Hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Fry ground beef, onions and garlic in oil until beef is done. Then add remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered till thick. (2 - 4 hours)

Note: I use 1
teaspoon of hot pepper flakes.
