Instructions: In a 4-quart saucepot bring water to a boil. Add orzo & salt. Cook & stir till tender. Drain. Set aside. In medium skillet, melt butter. Add green onions & mushrooms. Saute over med-heat. Stir in orzo, feta, parsley & pepper. Serve warm.
