Using pasta instead of the usual lettuce turns Greek salad into a substantial and lively main dish. Meal plan: Serve with warm pita bread and some hummus or baba ghanoush (garlicky eggplant dip) from the deli. For an extra treat, pick up some rice-stuffed vine leaves. In large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly. Transfer pasta to large bowl.
