Instructions: With a knife, nick edges of chops in several places to prevent curling. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients into a paste and rub all over chops.
Cover bowl or place whole works in a resealable plastic bag. Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature or refrigerate overnight. Grill chops over medium-hot coals for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, turning once or twice. Set aside for 5 minutes before serving. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
