750 gm fresh walnuts
10 x cloves garlic, minced
100 gm Italian style bread, crusts removed
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 cup olive oil, depending on (1 to 2) freshness of nuts
2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp ground pepper
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup basil leaves, shredded
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor, puree the walnuts, garlic and bread until the mixture is mealy but not pureed. Add the lemon juice, then, with the motor running, add the olive oil in a thin stream, just until the desired consistency is reached.

Add salt and pepper to taste, stir through the parsley, basil and toasted walnuts and serve.
