Instructions: Steam the green beans for 4 to 5 minutes, or until just tender. Rinse in cold water. Set aside to drain.
Put the beans, onion, radishes, cilantro, oregano feta and tomatoes in a bowl. Grind pepper on top to taste. Mix mustard, garlic, zest and vinegar together in a small bowl or measuring cup. Add the olive oil with a whisk. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad. Toss gently to mix. Chill the salad for 2 to 4 hours or until ready to serve.
